# Import stuck at "calculating"

When importing transactions (e.g. from Bossa or Finax), after the data is processed, I’m stuck at the “Calculating what will change after import…” loader. Nothing happens even after 15 minutes. I cleared the browser’s cache but it doesn’t help. Please advise.

Well, it magically started to work again after I re-opened the app. Thanks so much for your prompt reply!
