ISINs not found

Hi, several ETFs are not found, I just add asset, look for the following ISIN but none are found. These are key to understand the position exposure aggregated when a stock is shared across different ETFs. Some ISINs do not show up, which are quite common like IE000G1X4XT2, IE00051RD3C4. Is there a reason for such assets not being found?

For the ISINs found, like LU0360480858, where does Capitally show the actual assets inside such? At least the top 5 or 10 holdings so it is possible to see the real exposure when the same asset is held as a stock broker and also as part of an ETF?

Three of the ISINs, LU0360480858, IE00B3VNP587 and GB00BYQPY596, are already in Capitally’s market database. Could you send a screenshot showing how you’re searching for them and where they don’t appear? IE000G1X4XT2 and IE00051RD3C4 appear to need a separate request to our data provider.

Of course, thanks for the swift response, attached screenshot. I am just adding an asset clicking on the add asset standard way, as oppossed to import from stockbroker.

Got it. Both are now requested from the provider - should be available tomorrow unless they don’t have it.

As for the underlying assets - this is still under development.

Nestle, ticker NESR returns an SQL error when importing. That is the EUR in XETRA, the ticket in the Swiss exchange not found either.

Weird because XETRA is a recognised marke tin Capitally, the error spit is Failed to fetch: Market Data Error
