Import of Polish Bonds

Hello,

I’m looking for a tutorial on how to import the data of Polish Bonds, ROD’s exactly.
There seems to be a link in the FAQ page How to Track Bonds & Deposits in Capitally | Capitally but it’s dead. Could you help me out?
