How to create a benchmark illustrating inflation in Poland?

Rafał, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I can’t create such an asset. Statistics Poland (GUS) provides many different data points, I don’t know which ones I should use and despite several attempts it still comes out as complete nonsense. If I were doing this in Excel I could keep tweaking it, but from Capitally I expect detailed instructions, and preferably a ready-made benchmark.
Such a benchmark will be in Capitally in the future; for now it can be created manually.
I haven’t created one based on data from GUS (Statistics Poland), so it’s hard to give concrete instructions, but for the data to be correct it needs to be a price index starting from a chosen date. I assume GUS simply provides percentage inflation. So if, for example, inflation in 2020 was 3% and in 2021 4%, the prices would be:
- 2020-01-01:
1 - 2021-01-01:
1 * 1.03 - 2022-01-01:
1 * 1.03 * 1.04
