I am currently using Capitally to track my portfolio for Singapore-listed stocks (STI). Typically, the end-of-day (EOD) prices are updated about 4–5 hours after the market closes.
However, since last Friday, the EOD prices have been significantly delayed. The latest update only appeared on Monday, more than 36 hours later. Additionally, yesterday’s prices have still not been updated, even after more than 14 hours.
For example, DBS Group Holdings Ltd is still showing a latest closing price of SGD 55.30, whereas the correct closing price should be SGD 55.98.
I have already tried clearing the cache, accessing the platform from different devices, and even re-importing my entire portfolio, but the issue persists. Notably, Nasdaq-listed securities appear to be updating correctly.
Hey @tay , I’ve notified our data provider about the issue. If your Nasdaq stocks update correctly, then it means there’s not much you can do on your side as everything works as it should.
Hi, could you notify your data provider on singapore exchange data set, some of the counters has not been updated for days already. It is very frustrating as I initially assumed the information is accurate and only discovered the issue after spending time to manually cross check against other sources.
DBS (D05.SI) has not been updated since 8 May, UOL (U14.SI) not updated for more than 1 week.
If the entire exchange’s data is stale, it is easy to detect but one or two will be difficult to tell. On the same topic (my observation), the prices are not usually refreshed together, some 3 to 4 hours and others may take longer than 8 hours.
