Issue with historical prices & FX

Hi

For one of my holdings - BRK.B I believe there is something wrong with the historical pricing or FX rates USD:NOK.

The holding appears to indicate the correct value in the total portfolio, but the value appears to hockey stick latter half of 2025.

I found some issues with my data provider, which should hopefully be now resolved, and reset all currency data in databases.

Could you please reset the prices cache (Settings / Analysis) and verify it again on your side?

Iā€™ve noticed issues with fetching prices as well. I didnā€™t change anything, but today Iā€™m seeing issues with prices with some ETFā€™s.

Iā€™ve just reset cache, like you mentioned, but it doesnā€™t work. Iā€™ve checked it on my computer and my phone as well. Both, the same issue with fetching prices.

@bizon could you send me some more details - like which ETFs are failing, whatā€™s the viewing currency and what message do you receive?

Sure, logs at the bottom. Also, when Iā€™m checking the price for Vanguard FTSE Developed World UCITS ETF USD Accumulation, which is not present in error message, Iā€™m seeing the last price update was 3 days ago. Itā€™s an ETF from London Stock Exchange, which is open since 9:00 toady.

Iā€™m checking everything in PLN, e.g. from the ETF above Iā€™ve got last currency update: today 14:38, which seems fine.

Thank you for that.

It seems thereā€™s an ongoing issue at the data provider and theyā€™re rebuilding their indexes. PLN-GBP should be good now. Iā€™ll be refreshing Capitallyā€™s caches every now and then today, as theyā€™ve unfortunately picked up their issues.
