This morning I almost thought I could quit the job and retire, because the value of the ETF I500 has boosted from less than single digit (<10 EUR) to 863 EUR, and the rate of return is 19747%. Obviously this was just a dream and I woke up. Could you plesae check the data source. ISIN: IE00BMTX1Y45
Hi, our data provider did some infrastructure changes on the weekend and they’re experiencing issues with data since then and slowly recovering.
I assume you have I500 from LSE, as in the database, the prices are in GBX, while the asset is marked as GBP. I’ve requested them to fix it and manually changed it in our DB. You should see a corrected version in 30 minutes or if you reset your cache (in Settings / Analysis)
Btw, I’m glad it wasn’t the other way around, I’d hate to cause nightmares
Yes, it’s I500 from LSE. After resetting the cache, I still see the wrong price. Should I keep waiting ? 12:46 PM CET
Sorry for that, please reset the cache once again - it’s now corrected at the data provider, and it seems that my change didn’t go through (although it worked for me )
Back to normal now. Thanks for bring me back to the reality, and I think I should go back to work today
Hi there, similar issue with ETF VEVE FTSE Dev World USD Dist (ISIN IE00BKX55T58), where the price seems to be 100x the real value. Please could you kindly arrange for this to be fixed?
And also another similar issue with Vanguard FTSE Developed Europe ex UK UCITS (ISIN IE00BKX55S42)! Please could you fix? Like Pere, I did have a small moment where I thought I could retire… this data provider has a lot to answer for getting my hopes up like that!
I’ve reported them to the data provider, should be fixed today.
