Hi, there was an erroneous update from the data provider - it’s fixed now, but there’s no yesterday’s price yet. Should show up today in the evening.
This problem was gone but it has come back again.
I informed the data provider. I hope they’ll fix it permanently this time around.
This has started to become a serious problem. This is an important S&P 500 tracking ETF, and its price is 59.1 USD at Capitally now, while it should be about 80 USD.
There has been a lot of market fluctuations recently and this asset is important. Could you do something more to make this fixed, please ?
I’ve reported this to the data provider again and escalated the issue.
There’s a big chance we will add another data provider in the future.
I just received the information that actually SPLG was renamed to SPYM. Both tickers are currently available in Capitally so what you need to do is to edit the asset go to its prices tab and search for SPYM in the prices source symbol drop-down.
