StockSplit - Swissquote

Hi,

I am importing transactions from Swissquote broker and all but 2 stock splits get recognised. I tried to add them manually in the “under the hood” mode, but am not getting it recognised. Can you help pls.

here is what I tried “under the hood” - without success:

Thanks!

Splits should be ignored from imports, as they’re handled automatically from our data feeds (which are in-sync with prices data).

Edit: Ok, just saw you’re importing it yourself (feel free to send me a sample file to support - I’ll happily add it to the presets). In general, you can ignore that error (everything will be imported, just not these two rows). To make it go away, you need to modify the statement that SETS the Transaction type to the column of your choice. There you can click the Z-shaped squiggle and map the “Split” to None transaction type.

Sample file is on the way via email Rafal - the problem did persist after import and did not go away, as now there is a neg qty balance for that security, where the split transaction was not recorded/imported by myself … appreciate your help!

Please check if:

  • there should be a Split transaction on the list of transactions - if not, then something might be of with our data
  • verify the quantity numbers provided by the broker - if these are actual transacted number, or somehow adjusted

yes the split transaction is in the data from Swissquote - I sent you the sample file to the “hello@” … it is two transactions, that re-write the quantity of the position. But I found the mistake now, it was that the “transfer in” was not reflected as a “Buy” … the split transaction was indeed added automatically…
thx
