hi - question in this regard please: The Cash report is very useful and I would like to also add cash like investments to that report but I can’t seem to do it. For example CSH2 LU1230136894 is cash like. I tried to add it as a cash asset but it can’t find it, not sure if it’s because it is already an asset in my portfolio classified as an ETF. is there a way to address this or is adding a Tag a better way? Thank you!
As “Cash report” you mean “Cash balances” bookmark?
Cash is a special type of an asset, which always have a price of 1 and a FIAT currency, so it’s not possible to treat market-traded assets as cash.
But you can create your own bookmarks easily, so you can have your own report.
For example, you could set Money Market category on your CSH2, or even Cash if you want.
Then, you set the filter up top to Asset Category is Cash, Money Market and you create a new bookmark locking whatever parameters you need.
Here you will find more about bookmarks and Category taxonomy.
Yes that’s what I meant and thanks for the quick answer!
