Saudi Market (TADAWUL) Data Not Working When Adding Assets

I am trying to add my assets, but the Saudi market is not working correctly.

Even when I use Data Freshness for Saudi Arabia Exchange (TADAWUL, SA), the market data still does not load or function as expected. I have tried multiple times and verified that the correct exchange is selected, but the issue persists.

Could you please look into this problem and fix the Saudi market data issue as soon as possible? This functionality is important for accurately managing my assets.

If you need any additional information, screenshots, or account details from my side, please let me know.

Thank you for your support, and I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Can you name the assets for which you don’t see the market data? I don’t understand what do you mean by “Even when I use Data Freshness for Saudi Arabia Exchange”.

Thank you for your response.

Here are some concrete examples where the issue occurs:

  • 2222.SA

  • 2222.TADAWUL

  • Other Saudi-listed equities using similar TADAWUL symbols

For these assets, the market price and historical data do not load or refresh correctly.

By “Data Freshness for Saudi Arabia Exchange (TADAWUL, SA)”, I mean that I explicitly select TADAWUL as the exchange/data source and attempt to refresh or reload the data, but the prices and charts still do not appear or update as expected.

Please let me know if you need additional ticker examples, screenshots, or account details to help reproduce and resolve the issue.

hay help here ?

Hello @faisal_al_saud , sorry for the late reply. As I’ve wrote to you by email today, our data provider removed access to all symbols from Saudi Arabia. I’m waiting for a reply from them with any details.

I’m very interested in using the platform, so I’d like to know if there are any updates.

Hi Faisal, I’m still waiting for the data provider to re-enable it and pinging them from time to time. Unfortunately some markets are much harder to cover for data aggregators, especially smaller ones.

There’s a plan to add support for custom data sources. For example you could add AlphaVantage or another free or paid data provider to supplement our data coverage. Would that work for you, or having to pay for an external data package would be a blocker?

i use twelvedata and thay are good
it will be nice if i can add my api and use it directly

I’m happy to share, that Saudi Stock Exchange is now available within the app. Please let me know if any of the symbols will be missing.
