Transfer from Firstrade to IBKR - Transaction is not currently supported

I transferred funds from Firstrade to IBKR but for the life of me I can’t correctly update the data in Capitally using any import methods.

Import attempt:
Firstrade : Account history (old version)
returns messages:

Import attempt:
Firstrade : Account history (Invest 3.0)
returns messages:

Invalid date “12/26/2025” (× 2)
Invalid date “12/31/2025”

Transaction rebate for wire 2025-02-07 is not currently supported

Transaction REBATE FOR WIRE 2025-05-05 is not currently supported

Transaction TRANSFER FEE $ 55.00 is not currently supported

Transaction TRANSFER TO INTERACTIVE BRO ACATxxxxxxxxx BOS xxxx is not currently supported

Import from IBKR does not include transfer information and duplicates positions, not removing those from Firstrade.

Is it possible to handle transfers during imports?

Hey, can you please send a sample file with these transactions to support@mycapitally.com? We’ll add them to the preset and you will simply retry the import.

If Firsttrade has some new version, would love to receive both of them, so we can handle them properly (along with an explanation on how to export them from the system, as it probably is different from what we have).

For them to show up in IBKR, you need to import IBKR statements with Transfers section included (it’s described in instructions).

I am sending to support@ the file exported from Firstrade in versions:

Firstrade Account History (old version)
Firstrade Account History (Invest 3.0)

Both instructions for both export versions are already well described in the app

In the IBKR section it appears after import, but it does not remove from the Firstrade section — probably because, as I indicated, “Transaction is not currently supported.”
