I had some SUI crypto in the past, but Capitally does not know it. It knows BTC, ETH, SOL, but not SUI. It would be really nice if it knew more cryptocurrencies. The import of my Coinbase transactions failed due to the presence of some SUI.
We have literally thousands of crypto symbols. For currently traded symbols we can ask our data provider to include it if it’s missing.
When importing past transactions, especially for closed positions, when a symbol is not available you can create it manually - straight from the import interface. You don’t need to set any pricing information, as the prices used in transactions will be used to calculate performance.
